ULA x Blended Wellness: Beachfront Yoga

If your idea of healing involves the sound of waves and slow, intentional movement, this one is for you. Blended Wellness is hosting a series of free community yoga sessions at ULA, set right on the beachfront at Palm West Beach. The experience is designed to ease you into your morning with a guided flow, followed by a complimentary tea or coffee.
Open to all levels, this is less about perfection and more about presence.
