During our visit, we sampled a selection of Keto Kartel’s handcrafted chocolates alongside their individual cakes, and the biggest surprise was just how little the word “healthy” came to mind while eating them. The chocolates were rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced, delivering the kind of depth normally associated with traditional premium confectionery. The individual cakes followed suit: moist, flavourful, and genuinely indulgent, without the heaviness or sugar crash that typically comes afterwards.
